My first blog

I don't know what I am doing just yet, but I know we had a beautiful day in KY and was inspired to write by a friend of mine, who I saw at the park today. It has been a REALLY wonderful week for me. I have great hope for 2009, as my 2008 was pretty rough for myself and my extended family (more about that later). So far, 2009 has brought only good news, and it gives me great optimism! A beautiful, sunny day in the middle of January only adds to this optimism. I will write more later about my beautiful family and other things that bring great joy to my life.
